I love zquila! The food is great( especially their pork green chili so be sure you order something smothered with it! I usually order enchiladas. The Chips and salsa are terrific. I could eat my weight in that alone. They have a great selection of margaritas Happy hour is fun here and so is the patio You'll love this place!

A colleague and I went there for lunch earlier today, I have to say I was overall, quite impressed! The menu has all of the things you would expect in a Mexican restaurant -- and enchiladas, burritos, chimichangas, etc. good news is, they're quite good. The ticket a guy out added on top was a nice touch. Chips and salsa, the basis of any Mexican restaurant, was get here. The chips seemed fresh, and were served warm. This also was peppery and somewhat spicy, but not in a punishing way. Luckily for the lunch crowd, there is a smaller sized margarita. To be clear, I don't like it as much as a Rio marg, but that is a very difficult benchmark to surpass! Also, they have a lunch menu, which makes things easier to order. No question, I will return to this place. Maybe the biggest knock I have about it is the parking lot. The strip mall that it is in has several popular restaurants, and the parking lot is packed over the lunch hour.

This food is unique and delicious. I love the flavors and they have Tequila specials! Check out happy hour.

I went there for New Years Eve Dinner, and while they were getting ready for a private party, the service was good. Our waitress was very friendly. I had the shrimp enchiladas and they were AMAZING!!!!! The queso sauce that they were smothered in was just delicious. Love this place

Great Queso!! Bring back the old chips though!!! Service is great! staff is friendly and the Green Chili is the best in town!

I want MOAR First time visit; my wife and myself. Got seated right away. Drinks came a bit slow Our waitress made a recommend for carnitas tacos. YATZEE. My wife simply had a ground beef chimi. And it was tasty Friendly staff, great atmosphere; and good service. I give a 4-star. And I bet after the second visit. It will be a 5

Great margaritas! But my favorite are the chili rellenos which I get soft with beef, Excellent!

We have been eating here for years. The food is good, the service usually is not. We really have weigh if we are up for a wait before we go.

I was surprised at the quality of the food here. I was expecting the rice, beans, cheese and a quart of green chili that passes for "Mexican" food in Colorado, but instead I got a very fresh and well seasoned ahi-tuna taco with a side a very good roasted corn. Excellent dish, great portion control and the presentation was far above par. I don't know that it was $16 good, but it was close. There's a large list of Margs to choose from - I had the Classic - and while they aren't the biggest in the world, they're also not overpriced so it washes out. The chips and salsa were okay, nothing to note. The wait staff is also better than average, ours was lickity split with everything and didn't bat an eye when our table of 10 asked for separate checks. The parking leaves something to be desired, you're going to have to hoof it a bit on a Friday or Saturday night. TIP: Take advantage of happy hour - half off most items!

The service here is pretty sub par but the food is excellent. Not the place to try if you are in a rush or you are thirsty as your drink will sit empty for a while - but the food is really delicious. Sometimes when I am feeling patient and kind I can eat here and really enjoy myself. There is one server who kicks butt but the rest need some work on customer service.

Terrible food...pretty good service... We came for lunch with high expectations. Food was prefab, unmexican food. Food and margarita overpriced. It seems all servers are required to wear very low cut black tee shirts, exposing lots of breast...very unprofessional and in poor taste. We are foodies and know good food. This is not it.

  • Sarah N.

What happened???! The food use to be so great...now just sub par. Not sure if they had to make cuts but the change in menu is disappointing. However, the margs are still great!

I've been here a number of times since it first opened always enjoyed my experience. I love that not only are their margs good but also the food unlike a large chain restaurant in old town.

This was some of the BEST Mexican food I have ever had! The filet burrito is out of this world! I wished I lived closer so I could eat it more often!!

Well the food was good but the service was horrible. First the restaurant has hardly filled, and we were seated in a corner facing a dirty table....so 36 minutes later the busser came by and cleaned the table. Our wait person really did not want to even wait on us...maybe he was getting off? had something better to do? just did not care??? It will be a while before we come back...maybe our waiter will have gotten one of those sign jobs.

Go for the avocado tapas with shrimp, bacon, salsa fresca and avocado cream - yummmmm - decadent. I have given one of my stars just for that alone. They will not disappoint. Comfy surroundings - would recommend it to anyone wanting LOTS of food....the burrito my roommate ordered was the size of a baby. The chicken nachos were the size of a toddler - tasty chicken. The service was a hit or miss. First time I went the waiter was awesome, very attentive. The second time our waitress (though it was practically empty on a Sunday night) seemed to like to hang out more in the kitchen than serve her customers. Not so much on the chips and salsa.....never thought I would say I didn't like a nacho chip, but here it is. I would have to agree with another reviewer in that the beans were bland.

I decided to check out Zquila wit my husband after reading several favorable reviews on Yelp and by other people. We got there fairly early on a Friday night and were able to be seated right away. They quickly brought us out some yummy chips and salsa. The chips were nice and robust with a good corn tortilla flavor and the salsa was nice and spicy. Our waiter was very nice and checked on us several time since it took us forever to look over the menu and to decide what to get. I started off first with the Classic Margarita which was delicious! It was the perfect amount of sweet without being sickening and also had quite the kick to it without tasting too much like alcohol. I think I might actually prefer there margs over The Rio's (unconscionable, I know)! For dinner I finally decided on the Asada Enchiladas (specially seasoned chicken enchiladas topped with green chili with rice and bean) and my husband got the Combination 5 Dinner (cheese enchilada and chili relleno with rice and beans). Our server was really nice and said that our long decision making paid off because the Asada Enchiladas was his favorite dish. Boy was he right! My dinner was great! The chicken was really tasty and the green chili was a great compliment to it. The rice was nice and "fluffy" (how my husband put it) and the beans were also good. I got to try some of the cheese enchiladas with their enchilada sauce which was also wonderful! The sauce was thick and full of flavor. Even though we were stuffed after dinner, we couldn't pass up their sopapillas. The had tons of sugar and cinnamon on them which my husband enjoy, though I would have preferred just a nice dusting. Regardless, they were warm, tasty, and only $3! Overall, we really enjoyed ourselves. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the staff was friendly, service was fast, the food was great, and it was all reasonable priced (margarita, two dinners, and dessert cost us $30 before tip). I definitely recommend this place for a nice change from your everyday Mexican restaurant (just make sure to get there early because there were a lot of people waiting by the time we finished dinner!).

I'm surprised with the glowing reviews because I thought everything was sub-par. The chips and salsa could've been bought at a grocery store, and the enchiladas were bland and light on sauce. At least sweet potato fries were an option for the side. Not coming back here again.

  • Paul M.

I really liked it. Only been there once, but the food was great. Good margs, but I wish they were a bit cheaper. I will go back when I get a chance. It is a great looking restaurant, with really good food.

The burrito was adequate. Green chili was eh, meat tasted good but had an over-marinated kind of tenderness versus a well-cooked kind of tenderness. Other fillings were not memorable. Portion was good and even though he didn't ask what side I wanted and I didn't specify, the Spanish rice it came with was flavorful. Also came with a good portion of guac and sour cream. It was just not seasoned well or very impressive for 13.00. A couple of people got the Tres al Zquila. This was, really close to being something awesome. Shrimp ceviche, guacamole, and a mango pico de gallo. First problem - they are all piled in a bowl together. All the sweet salsa juice runs all over the other stuff and mucks it up. Second problem - no way you are allowed to call that ceviche. This was three shrimp cut in half with some fajita vegetables. It tasted like nothing, but was spicy somehow. No lime flavor, no cilantro, lack of seasoning all around. The mango pico was gross but I don't care for fruit salsas so YMMV. I will second the inadequate service. We didn't get silverware until after all our food was delivered, the server didn't seem to really know the food and was not personable when asked for recommendations The expensive margarita I ordered was not good. Maybe the house one is better, but the blood orange one was flat on flavor, although ample on booze. Not sweet, not sour, not orangey -- unremarkable. It wasn't terrible, just not worth the drive or the price.

it's a good thing they don't quiz you on pronunciation before seating you, because i would never eat. z-quila? zuhquila? zeekweelah? anyways. as usual, i had to check out the chile relleno specs. though not on the menu, they do have crispy or baked rellenos (crispy all the way, i love me some fried peppers) and it was filled with mozzarella. what?!?!?! but, for as confusing as it was, it was twice as delicious. i also had the chimichanga por cena (and made sure to say it in my thickest spanish accent) with pork, which was good, but the pork was a leeeeetle chewy for my taste. tons of tequila, tons of margs, and it's kind of dim-lit and mysterious inside. overall, between the mysterious environment, the equally mysterious name pronunciation, and the delicious every aspect of my meal, i'll be back. and, had i not gorged myself full of cheese, pork, etc., i would've loved to try something off the dessert menu.

My wife & I just tried Zquila for the first time over the weekend...and I have to say, I was impressed. It has a very "modern" feel when you walk inside with some nice décor, nothing too over-the-top. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Their chips and salsa were good...the chips were baked (I think?) and the salsa was spicy, but not too hot. We started with a couple margaritas, which seemed a little pricey at $8 for a 'house marg', but they were tasty. (I think any more than one of these might keep an average person from driving for awhile..lol) I tried the 2 rellano plate...it was awesome. For one, I like that they offer the soft egg-batter rellenos OR the crispy fried rellenos on the menu (crispy all the way baby!). The rice and beans that came on the side were good too. My wife had the combo plate with a crispy rellano and a cheese enchilada and she was not let down...the cheese enchilada was great and passed our test with flying colors. (Our test? If a restaurant can screw up a cheese enchilada they probably aren't worth going to) Something I liked was that the portions are not disgustingly huge. Don't get me wrong, we got plenty of food and I was stuffed afterwards...but you know how some Mexican restaurants give you a plate the size of a small Volkswagen with a pound of beans and rice and half a head of shredded lettuce? Being someone who likes to clean their plate, that kind of intimidates me. It's almost like they try and justify charging you $14 for a meal that cost them $3 worth of ingredients... Zquila however gives you a human-sized portion and charges accordingly. I was happy that my plate had more rellano than space-filling rice and beans. Most entrées I wanted were between $7-$12, which is a few bucks less than many other Mexican eateries around here. (Which was a welcome surprise, because I was expecting a higher-priced menu based on Zquila's location and signage...I don't know why exactly...it just looked like it would be more expensive...so kudos to them!) Overall, 2 thumbs up and I'll be back again. !Vive Zquila!

I dined at this restaurant last night and it was pretty impressive. It is kind of a trendy Mexican restaurant, but it think the decor flows well and I enjoyed being there. Our waitress was very attentive and brought out several bowls of chips and was on top of refilling our drinks. My girlfriend enjoyed her strawberry margarita and there was a pretty good beer special going on. I had a combination plate and the chicken chimichanga was pretty tasty. The green pork sauce had a little kick, which I very much enjoyed, but may be too spicy for some. Overall I would recommend Zquila as a fun spot to dine with friends.

Loved the margaritas and the fun atmosphere. Fort Collins seems hungry for good restaurants. Food here was just ok, but apparently the locals felt it was way better than that, as the place was packed and we were glad we had reservations. Get there for happy hour, drink the Zquila special margs and the food will taste just fine. Take away the alcohol and Chipotle Grill is a bit better.

Went on Monday 1/5/2015 Ordered House Marg was tasty and strong Chips and Salsa were better than average Service was prompt and polite, excellent Prepared tableside guac and chips - very fresh and excellent Ordered Steak and Green Chile burrito with steak taco - the steak was heavily salted shredded beef...not impressed Smoked corn had a watery flavorless quality...not impressed Would be 4 stars but main course was weak. I will definitely try this place again.

Out of town visiting for work. Overall not Impressed. Ahi tuna salad blah not to mention someone totally butchered cutting the seared ahi. Fish didnt taste fresh ewe.. Salad looked sad :( Stiff drinks a plus but it was so freekin strong it was almost u bearable to drink (top shelf marg on the rocks should have been off the chain.. But it wasnt) Service super slow and this place was not full on a monday at 7pm. The only star of the meal a pretty good tortilla soup. The rest of the menu just seems over worked here. Keep things simple fresh. And good service folks would come back fore more.

The best categories for this restaurant are: service and ambiance. Worse Margarita I've ever had to living memory. Even my wife, who ordered a different type of Margarita thought the same. Food presentation was mediocre and the taste was bland. I see long lines for this restaurant and not sure why? I'm guessing most of the patrons either enjoy mediocre food or never been out of Fort Collins for a meal, say like in Southern California. Haven't been back and afraid to spend my hard earned money for a second chance. I recommend this restaurant to my foes.

Disappointing. Nice venue, but service was very slow. Margaritas are so sweet- not good! And don't make a reservation - we arrived early and despite the many open tables, we couldn't be seated because it wasn't time for our reservation. Wait staff was plentiful, but spent lots of time talking amongst themselves. Mediocre food. Finally, waitress could not put food in a to-go box, even though one of party was not feeling well.

Sadly, this place really is as mediocre as other reviews suggest. It has so much potential though! The salsa tasted just liked canned Pace Picante (which I don't think of as good). My tostada was literally chicken, shredded lettuce, chopped tomato and shredded cheddar cheese. I could have made a better one! No avocado, no beans- not even cotilla! 2 stars for the free wifi, but regardless, I wouldn't eat here again if you paid me.

Really wanted to LOVE this Zquila, however the food was just so-so. The service was excellent and the place itself has so much potential. It really could use a menu change up as one of the main recommendations was the Flatbread taco....which I thought would be great considering that "all of the servers love it"...but it was such a disappointment. The chimichanga was better than the Flatbread and I would go back to give it another try hoping for something better than before.

Wow! We started off with apple spice marg. So delicious. Then appetizer which was avocado Rellenos (sp?) Nothing like a chilli relleno but so awsome. Then I chose a combo plate. Which was chicken tortilla soup and a tosdada and chimmy. So much food. I only finished my chimmy, but did try the others and everything was so good. Sorry no room for dessert. Husband had fajitas with lots of shrimp and also was awsome. The server Ashlin was the bomb! What a wonderful meal! So nice and clean and very friendly staff. Thank you Zquila!

Love this place! I've been here with family, friends and co workers. Lunch and dinner. The food is first rate and the atmosphere is good. Unfortunately parking is a problem but oh well. Make sure and try the table side quacamole and the mango margaritas!

Good drinks and the food is always yummy. The food is nothing spectacular, but it is certainly better than your average TexMex joint. I tend to head here when I have a hankering for Mexican in the Ft. Collins area. I enjoy their menu variety but I think it's the drinks I enjoy the most.

Awesome Mexican. Pomegranate margarita on the rocks is amazing. Chicken fajita burrito enough to share. Great service even when busy. Ask for Lindsay! She was the best ever!

So the staff are very snotty. Not friendly at all. Then the salsa. Omg horrible. Just tomato water. Nothing to even scoop. So on to the app, tri something or other, guac, shrimp ceviche, and mango pico. Guac bland. Ceviche bland. Mango pico aggressively hot, no sweetness of mango. Stirred it all together. Was an improvement. Chips were stale. Then I Ordered the combo. Beef taco = Taco Bell. Corn aggressively hot. So hot couldn't taste anything after. Chimi was a burrito disguised as a chimi. Maybe the deep dryer was broken, cause a chimi is deep fried. Just sayin. Margarita tasted like a shot of tequila. While I like tequila on the rocks. This was not high end tequila that you put over the rocks. Oh and I ordered a margarita. I wanted a margarita. It sat on the bar untouched. Not only did they not inquire as too why. They still charged me. All of this is the reason I believe they were empty tonight. Won't be going back. Too bad cause it's walking distance.

I had a middle of the road experience here - a balance of goods and bads that leads to a 3 star review. Our waitress was friendly and efficient. We ordered 4 different appetizers and two were good (mexican spring roll and the queso). We all enjoyed our drinks, and they have some creative drinks on the menu which was a definite plus. But in addition to a couple of mediocre and seemingly poorly done appetizers my entree, fish tacos, was horrid. I completely stopped eating the fish. Even having alcohol to wash it down didn't help. The folks who got tex-mex style entrees seemed happier so I give it the 3 stars.

After read the Official Fort Collins City Guide review I know what they were talking about. This is hands down the BEST MEXICAN FOOD IN COLORADO, let alone Fort Collins. I have been to Zquila many times since its opening and have not been disappointed once. Personally, my favorites are the shrimp and bacon stuffed avocado and anything with the green chili. The weekly Chef Specials are always to die for, although I wish they would add them to the menu (they're sooo delicious!). Watch out for the margaritas tho, two and you will probably need a ride home (employees claim they're margs are even stronger than the Rios!). I would recommend this restaurant to EVERYONE!

  • Rosanna K.

I went here on the recommendation of a coworker, and I would have to say I was disappointed. Yes, it was trendy looking, but the food was just average, and I wasn't a fan of their chips and salsa. I've heard from many people that their margaritas are amazing, and maybe that is why people love this restaurant. I don't drink tequila, so didn't get one, but I went to eat here at lunch, and every table I looked at had at least one of two margaritas on it. Overall, if I am really craving Mexican food, I'll make the drive down to Denver to go to Hacienda.

This is absolutely my favorite restaurant in fort collins. My girlfriend and I always start out with our favorite chips and queso app. I've asked a million times, but the chef won't give out the recipe. Its the absolute best queso and homemade chips I've ever had. They're Chile rellenos are my personal favorite. And the lunch portion is perfect size with an app. Last two times I've been here with my girlfriend she has gotten the shredded steak stuffed sopaipilla. She loved it every time. Also, the staff here is very great. Always happy and its such a great atmosphere. They also have a great great tequila selection! Including the golden shot which is $60!! I've always wanted to try it, but that's a bit out of my price range... From past experiences I know this place gets pretty hoppin for dinner time, but its always a great place to have lunch cause its not always as crowded. LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Did I mention the queso... ?! Mmm

This was my first visit. We went in on a cold Saturday night, they were moderately busy. The noise level was average at it was easy to have a conversation at our table. Service was good, the waitress was nice and paced things well. Not what I would consider authentic, but the food was pretty tasty. The salsa they serve with their chips has a better kick than most places. I had a pama margarita (pomegranate) which had a good balance, it was actually stronger than I anticipated. We tried the queso, which was served with delicious warm, fluffy flour chips. It was so good! I will likely be going back just to have it again. For my entree I ordered a chimichanga , with vegetarian green chile and yam fries. It was not anything exceptional, but tasty. And it was a lot of food! I definitely could have split it with someone. For dessert we tried the cinnamon and sugar sopapillas - cannot go wrong there! I will be going back!

After visiting Zquila several times I have to give big kudos to Zquila's menu. They offer a unique menu of Mexican food which I have always enjoyed. There are great burritos with even greater green chile. I have also always enjoyed their sides that come with the main meal like grilled corn or sweet potato fries. I also have gotten their light lunch menu items like their tostadas which are a small meal in themselves but satisfying nonetheless. Their margaritas taste great and pack a pretty good punch that you may need to unwind from your day. I also enjoy the atmosphere and even though it can get busy it is quiet enough that you can enjoy your meal without a lot of racket and I never had to wait for a table to free up here.

It's okay. I'm always hesitant about trying any Mexican place so far north of the border, but this place was recommended by some locals in the area. I'd say the food was passable, with prices that weren't too bad and definitely more than acceptable for a working lunch. I had the chimichanga, no issues there.

Great interior, great service, pretty awesome food. Started off with a Pomegranate margarita (nice, but could have used more hooch IMO). Then had the Platillo Del Cerdo which was basically a stew of pork and green chile served with flour tortillas and with beans & rice on the side. The beans & rice were so bland it seemed like they were there more for decoration than to eat. Which was OK with me because the stew was amazingly delicious and who cares about beans & rice when you have this stuff. The pork was super tender, the green chile offering just enough kick with a little bit of heat. Between that and the chips & salsa provided, you definitely left full & happy. Andy M's Tacos Asados were presented beautifully, very colourful and fresh. (you know, the avocado was actually a lovely bright green and not a sickly brownish olive?) I had a bite of his steak and it was delicious. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone looking for good Tex Mex.

  • Andy M.

I usually have reservations about Tex Mex food. I'm so used to all of the wonderful Mexican restaurants in Chicago. But Zquila is a new spin on Tex Mex Food. The interior is beautifully decorated in a modern, Spanish style. The tables are spread out which give the place a more intimate feel. My entree was the Shredded Steak Tacos. The steak was beautifully marinated. It was juicy and tender. It was served with a side of Beans and rice. Everything on the plate was delicious. The bottom line is that Zquila is a great example of what can be done with Tex-Mex food when you think out of the box. It was a great experience, and I would gladly go back the next time that I'm in the Fort Collins area.

As a Fort Collins restaurant critic, it's never too difficult to find friends to join me on reviews. My job is full of fun conversation and usually good food. Sometimes there can be a risk involved, but it's usually worth it, even if we only walk away with a horror story to tell everyone later. Zquila has probably been one of the most challenging restaurants in finding dining companions to join me. I've been before with my group of best friends, and it wasn't a pleasant experience. The food was incredibly poor and nobody wanted to come back, even if it was for a review. Time passed by and it remained on my review list, staring at me like an ignored puppy at the animal shelter with sad droopy eyes. Fortunately, my friend and fellow blogger, Jessica, is game for pretty much anything. Upon hearing that I needed a friend to join me for dinner - she was on it - even after finding out that it was a throw of the dice and could turn out to be a bad meal. Overall, our dinner at Zquila wasn't too bad! I did experience some sticker shock though, and thought it was overpriced for what we got. With quality that is hit or miss, and a price tag that might make you squirm, eating at Zquila is a risky move. We rolled the dice and came out OK this time, and I might be tempted to press my luck again.

I came here with a group of ladies for happy hour, and I'm not sure if our table was over- or under-waited, but either way it seemed as if the waitstaff had some communication issues and treated us a little awkwardly. I'm not a tequila person so I didn't try the margaritas, but the beer selection was okay and the guacamole was pretty good, if a little salty.

Very good. Tableside made guacamole was a treat. Tortilla soup also good choice. Was disappointed with chili verde as it was broth only with no chunks of pork or potato. Overall service was good. Dining outside is noisy with car traffic.

Zquila is our go-to place for a fun family dinner. Our boys like it (which is a huge deal when you are looking for a peaceful dinner!!) and we love it. The food is great and the drink selection is amazing! Try the Pink Cadillac Margarita--just do it!! :o) We dine at Zquila at least once a month and have always had good experiences.

I thought this place had a pretty shaky start, but it has definitely improved. I'd like faster, more responsive service. The Zqulia margarita is yummy!

This is arguably one of the best mexican restaurants in Fort Collins. The salsa is great, the margs are fantastic, and the ambiance is great! Order the flat bread tacos or if you don't mind spending some money the Filet Mignon burrito with the balsamic glaze! Best Burrito I have ever had but it is spendy...

This place has gone downhill since opening and it didn't have that far to fall. Horrible bagged chips and salsa. Asked for a hot sauce or salsa, Cholula and Tabasco, no thanks. They do have a spicy salsa and with everything doused in lime juice, it at least added some flavor. Margs have been good in the past but something was off with one. We asked for it to be re-made (a first, we don't waste booze) and the waitress brought back the same drink with more sweet and sour. Still not good. The $12 marg with Don Julio, without grenadine, was fruity and okay. Mediocre tacos on soft flour tortillas were only saved by the hot salsa. Much better for much less at the local taqueria, with a variety of fresh salsas and proper corn tortillas. Yam fries were the best thing on the table and that's a sad statement for a "Mexican" restaurant. The service was indifferent and didn't ask how are meals were. I have a feeling she knew. We won't be back and that's too bad as I like to support local restaurants.

Food was good but the service was slow and confused, despite tons of staff, and the margaritas barely had any tequila in them.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
